- If you are looking for general administrative information, you can access it via the Citizen Assistance section of the Ministry's website.
- If you would like to make a query / claim with regard to fixed or mobile telephony or ADSL, you can contact the telecommunications customer service office.
- If you wish to make a query on electricity billing, meters, installers or problems relating to travel and accommodation, you should contact the competent body in your Autonomous Region.
- If you wish to carry out an electronic procedure, go to the Ministry's Electronic Office.
